This Privacy Policy explains how personal information and non-personal information, collectively, “User Information,” about you is collected, used, and disclosed by Sensel. User Information covered by this Policy includes information that is collected when you interact with our website, place an order, sign up for our newsletter, submit comments, and when you email, call or otherwise communicate with us. When you provide User Information to us, you are consenting to the manner in which we will collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage that information, as provided below.

How We Collect User Information
Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) You Choose To Provide. You can visit our site without telling us who you are or revealing any information that personally identifies you. However, when you communicate with us via email, these communications may not be encrypted. For that reason, we ask that you do not share sensitive information via email.

Please note that sometimes these requests may take up to ten business days to process and that we are not responsible for removing information about you from the database of any third party with whom we were authorized to disclose your User Information prior to processing your request.
Links to Third Parties and Social Media
Our websites may contain links to third-party online properties. Such third parties have their own policies that govern their collection, use, and disclosure of information. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of those sites, and we suggest that you read their privacy policies to learn about their practices.
Social media provides tools that many of our customers use and enjoy, and we include links to various social media platforms on our websites. If you interact with these social media tools through our websites, your experience on those social media sites will be governed by the privacy and other policies of those sites. This website not intended for the use of individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information online from individuals under the age of 13.
International Visitors to Our Site
Our site is intended for users from the United States and those not governed by Privacy policies of other countries. Users from other countries are advised not to disclose PII. Information sent to us will be housed on servers located in the United States. Do not send us PII unless you consent to the application of U.S. law and to the use and disclosure of your information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

If we modify this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy online.
