Returns and Refunds Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Sensel:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Only items purchased directly from Sensel can be returned to Sensel. Sensel products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the products back to us. For customers in Europe, you can ship returns to our warehouse in Rotterdam.
If you wish to start a return process:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a support ticket here. Include the email account you placed your order with or your order number
- We will respond within 1 business day with an RMA number and instructions for how to complete your return
- You will have two weeks to return the Morph after receiving your RMA number. If it has not shipped to us after two weeks, and your 30 day return window is over, we will not accept or refund the return
