Returns and Refunds Policy
We're confident you'll love your gear so much you won't want to return them. However if you get the product and feel it's just not for you, all of our products are backed up by a 30-day free return period.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - see below.
- Only items purchased directly from Sensel can be returned to Sensel. Sensel products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of sending the products back to us. For customers in Europe, you can ship returns to our warehouse in Rotterdam.
If you wish to start a return process:
- Email email@example.com or submit a support ticket here. Include the email address you used to place your order or your order number.
- We will respond with an RMA number and instructions for how to complete your return.
- You will have two weeks to return your products after receiving your RMA number. If it has not shipped to us within two weeks, and your 30 day return window is over, and we will not accept or refund the return.
Please note, we do not refund shipping costs.
